- All payments must be made as per agreed terms (milestones or upfront).
- Partial or full refunds are only available if work has not yet begun or based on agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
- Final game assets and source code ownership will be determined by contract terms.
- Unless otherwise agreed, the developer retains the right to showcase completed work in their portfolio.
